Abstraction Shifts Reality

This allows it to mean something to the artist that created it while also revealing something personal to the viewer. A single painting can convey many different meanings. It can draw out someone’s feelings, bring up a memory, or simply stir something within them. An abstract painting is an experience of discovery as each viewer finds a little piece of themselves within it.
